Tozer Knowledge of the Holy Day 9: God’s Immutability

This entry is part 10 of 24 in the series Tozer-Knowledge of the Holy

In today’s reading, Tozer touches on the immutability of God. God never changes. He has always been the same, and He will always be the same. What a comforting thought! Our weather and seasons constantly shift, humankind and history can be so fickle, yet our God is set in stone on His immutability. He is steadfast, solid, unwavering and unchanging. Let us all reflect on our immutable God as we ponder today’s reading.

Heavenly Father, as we reflect in your immutability, we are comforted that You never change. You never let us down. You are always there for us. Your Word is trustworthy and reliable because it is nailed down and as unchanging as You are. We thank you and rest in your immutability. We ask this in Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.
