Libronix

Logos Bible Software is all about easier Bible study. It consists of a free software engine (the Libronix Digital Library System), addin modules that provide specialized functionality, and collections of electronic books targeted to your needs. The Books on this page were created with the Personal Book Builder- Standard Edition To read them you need to have a PBB reading Key. Electronic books built with the PBB will be readable only by users who have a Libronix PBB Reading Key. The reading key is free and is available only to users who own one of the seven boxed products (e.g., Scholar's Library, Bible Study Library, etc.) This key is included with the PBB and has been included in boxed Logos Bible Software collections since the QB release. It is not included in free downloadable viewers. Users who own a boxed product predating the QB release can determine their eligibility for the free reading key and download it here. (The Private Use Edition is licensed for building books that will only work on the system that built them; the Private Use Edition does not build books for distribution.) Logos Ambassador Program

I see that Logos is now letting folks become salesmen for them, in return for a commission (15%) or credit at the Logos store (30%). Not a bad deal all things considered. I wish they had this last year while we were teaching Libronix at the Bible college... :( In any case, kudos to Logos for creating this new reward model...

Timeline Tool

Timeline Dialog
Jacobusdt assembled an excellent timeline building tool for Excel. Since I don't use Excel I can't test it but It sure does look useful. He writes:
I have included the instruction in the first sheet of the spreadsheet. I think it should be sufficient for most people who have previously been slightly exposed to Excel.
The development was done in MS Excel 2003 as this is the software to which I have access and can not guarantee it would work on later versions. I would appreciate it if you can ask someone to test it on a later version and give feedback to me.
