(An experiment – a series on what’s new in science and what that has to do with being Christian)
Science is the best that humans can do by themselves to find truth. Its findings are limited, provisional, incomplete, and unenlightened by the Gospel, but they are the best we’ve done of our own to create a merit-based, objective search for truth. And science is certainly in a state of ferment; the twentieth century saw vast changes in every field of science, and the pace continues even now. There is something new and marvelous every day, for there are more discoveries going on than there are celebrities going into rehabilitation.
